Journalists have spoken out about the reputation system in Star Wars Outlaws

Game Informer's Brian Shea shared details on the reputation and tracking systems in Star Wars Outlaws.

The main character Kay Vess is forced to interact with four criminal factions: the Pike Syndicate, Crimson Dawn, the Hutt Cartel, and the Ashiga Clan. Players will have to maneuver between these factions by adjusting their reputation level. The fifth faction, Zerek Besh, according to the article, acts as the main antagonist and avoids interactions with Vess.

Improving relations with a particular faction requires completing quests and small errands. Breaking the rules or supporting rivals can result in loss of reputation. A high reputation level opens access to more lucrative contracts, new goods and discounts in faction stores, rumors from informants, high stakes Sabakk games, and support in case of a chase. High status also allows you to explore new territories.

Star Wars Outlaws will be available starting August 30 on PC, Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 with subtitles in Russian.
