A new comparison video of Metal Gear Solid Delta and the MGS3 remake has been released

A new video comparison between Metal Gear Solid Delta and Metal Gear Solid 3 has been released, showing off the significant improvements that await players in the remake.

Konami unveiled a fresh trailer of the upcoming Metal Gear Solid Delta at the Xbox presentation earlier this month. The trailer wowed viewers with impressive graphics and, as Digital Foundry's analysis found, was shown in native 4K resolution. In its analysis, Digital Foundry also showed comparison footage highlighting how the remake retains the original composition of scenes from Metal Gear Solid 3.

YouTube channel ElAnalistaDebits has released its own comparison video, which compares the visuals of the original 2004 game to the Delta visuals shown in the trailer. The video clearly demonstrates the significant improvements in character models, animations, environments, shooting, and the new camera system.

Metal Gear Solid Delta was originally scheduled to be released this year, but recent rumors point to a possible delayed release to 2025. The game will be available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
