Fresh Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 trailer introduces us to the new maps of the off-season

Activision and Sledgehammer Games have released a new trailer showing off the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 online multiplayer maps that will be available with the release of the Season 3 midseason update on May 1.

The trailer includes Grime (6v6) and Checkpoint (6v6) maps, with the latter being an adaptation of an area from Warzone.

Additions in the midseason patch include:

• New Minefield and Escort modes for MW3.
• An arcade playlist with modifiers granting infinite ammo, grenades and ultra-powerful weapons.
• Field upgrades in the form of Enhanced Vision Goggles that highlight enemies.
• Tactical Equipment: EMD Mine.
• Utility Box for Warzone, combining ammo and body armor.
• Changing the time of day on the map "Renaissance Island".
• New weapon: the BAL-27 assault rifle from Advanced Warfare.

The mid-season update will be launched on May 1 at 19:00 Moscow time. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is available on PC and consoles of both generations.
