The creator of Stardew Valley isn't sure he'll ever finish work on the game

Lone developer Eric Baron, who created the farmer simulator Stardew Valley, said that it is unlikely that he will finish work on this project at some point in the future.

The author gave such an answer to the question of one of the users who asked whether the content support of the game will end with the release of update 1.6. This patch will be quite large, and some people believe that after it Eric will switch to other games (now he has several new titles in development). But, as Baron noted, Stardew Valley is his life project, so he will hardly ever get tired of it.

Well, the good news for the fans of the game is that Stardew Valley will continue to receive content updates with fresh activities and characters in the future.
