Watch over 40 minutes of new gameplay of The Alters

IGN YouTube channel has published a 42-minute gameplay video of sci-fi supervival The Alters from 11 bit studios (This War of Mine, Frostpunk). The video shows "live" gameplay on the base and exploration of the planet's surface.

The video is accompanied by commentary from some of The Alters' lead developers. The description notes that the build shown does not reflect the final quality of the game.

The Alters tells the story of Jan Dolski, a simple laborer whose life is ruined by circumstances. After an emergency landing on a distant planet, Jan finds himself alone and forced to fight for survival. His only chance for salvation is to create helpers. Not realizing all the consequences, Ian creates alternate versions of himself - the Alters.
