Rumor: the Wonder Woman game is in some kind of trouble

Among the expected big AAA titles, a game about Wonder Woman from Monolith Productions, the studio known for Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, remains one of the most uncertain. Announced in 2021, it's barely been in the news since then. Leading up to Summer Game Fest, many were hoping to see a trailer, but the latest rumors suggest that's unlikely to happen.

Kinda Funny's Greg Miller, who doesn't usually do insider information but is aware of what's going on in the industry, reported that the Wonder Woman game has “run into issues” and likely won't be shown anytime soon because it's “not ready to be shown.”

Platforms for the game have not yet been announced.
