The number of V Rising players jumped 19 times after the game's release

V Rising quickly earned its status as one of the best role-playing games when it appeared in early access on Steam in 2022. The game from Stunlock Studios attracted attention for its dark fantasy atmosphere, survival and building elements similar to games like Valheim and Rust, and the fact that it centers on vampires. With the release of the full version of the game, the project skyrocketed up the Steam charts, attracting even more players.

V Rising is an action-RPG in which players, alone or in co-op, take on the role of a newly awakened vampire seeking to regain his power. This is accomplished by fighting enemies in an open world, mining resources (including blood), and building a base where players can set up their castle. The game also offers a competitive aspect, allowing players to attack each other if they are unwilling to cooperate.

Since the launch of the final version, the number of V Rising players on Steam has increased from 4,196 players (recorded on May 7) to an impressive 78,164. The increase in player numbers is attributed to the release of version 1.0 and the 10% discount in effect until May 22.
