Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has received a second strange teaser

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has received a new teaser trailer. Like the previous teaser released last week, this video mostly consists of various footage of real-life events from the turn of the last century, although there is a small snippet of gameplay.

The trailer, titled Open Your Eyes, includes archival VHS footage from the early '90s, such as Bill Clinton playing a saxophone and an advertisement for Chia Pet terracotta figurines. A distorted male voice can be heard in the background, addressing the viewer directly. The trailer creates an analog horror atmosphere with intentionally grainy images and quick transitions to more psychedelic shots.

As a reminder, Black Ops 6 has been in development for four years - since the release of Black Ops: Cold War in 2020. Fans are expecting the game to surpass Activision's last couple of releases.
