Analog of the Black Market in World of Warships

And in ships (WoWS), we decided to launch an analog of our Black Market for everyone on a permanent basis, although they will launch it in iterations.

Basic rules:

• each auction lasts for a limited time, and you need to have time to make your bid. This may require different game resources;
• the player only knows the initial price of the lot, its bid and the number of winners;
• the winners of the auction are the players with the highest bids, they receive their rewards.
